Every great dream, assignment, or vision requires a partnership to become a reality. The ministry and reach of Apostle Paul necessitated apostolic teams and partnerships. He could not do all that God had called him to do without passionate helpers. No endeavor will thrive to its full potential without collaboration and support from others. When God releases a vision, He empowers men and women to be inspired by the mandate and build alongside the visionary.

We need to understand the power to help and serve. God wants to anoint His people to serve! Serving is a gateway to the anointing. The Holy Spirit comes to anoint us to help! Helps is a supernatural ministry of the church listed in 1 Corinthians 12:28. When we position ourselves under the spot where the glory is coming out, we will see every area of our life affected. Service is about position. Position releases power.

And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly
teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of
tongues. —1 Corinthians 12:28, KJV

In Bible college, I learned how important and advantageous serving is. What do I mean? I learned that when I was serving in the ministry, I was anointed; I was flowing in the power of the Holy Spirit. He was teaching me. He was guiding me. I learned to hear His voice, to flow and move in cadence with Him! This was the foundation, the building block, for the ministry and office I serve in today!
We are empowered to fulfill the vision Jesus has released into our spirits. There is divine help and strategy available to us for every God-ordained mandate.
